We are looking for a Digital Designer (medior) who not only makes pixels dance, but also knows how to involve customers in his or her design choices.

You lead customer sessions yourself, translate strategy into concept and make design decisions others are still brainstorming about. You know exactly how to bridge the gap between creativity and user-friendliness, between visual experience and UX-driven impact.

🧠 What you bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within a digital agency (so you know what it's like when deadlines and ideas clash).

  • Your focus is on UX design and you substantiate why your design does work for the user (and client ;)

  • You have ownership: from briefing to delivery.

  • You enjoy supporting clients and leading creative sessions.

  • You work independently, but also know how to strike the right chord with developers, marketers, CRO analysts and fellow designers.

  • Tools? You and Figma are an inseparable duo 🫢🏻

  • And if you also have some sense of motion or micro-interactions? Then we totally want to talk to you.
