But of course, that just sounds like a job posting like many other companies. That's why we want to be honest with you. We are looking for someone who can not only steer our projects in the right direction but also make a serious contribution in terms of content. In concrete terms, this means that before communicating to the client, you yourself will make a final check on the quality and completeness of the work. This requires knowledge of our world, such as knowledge (or interest) in design, technology, functionality, user-friendliness (UX) and optimisations. Keeping an overview and understanding the impact of our work is essential. Naturally, we will teach you everything we know ourselves so far and you can probably teach us a thing or two ;)

If there is a click between us, during the first period of your job at Concept7 you will deputise for our current project manager, as she will be managing a very nice small project at home. After the leave, the role of project manager will change to one of product owner. On both content and streamlining, you will keep our big projects on track and make sure we deliver the quality we promised.

What we are looking for (approximately)

Jij:

• Experience working on projects of various sizes (planning, budget, post-calculation).

• Know how to draw up a successful project plan.

• Experience working on projects around digital product development (on agency or client side).

• Works in a structured way, communicates clearly, and has a feel for the human factor.

• Has an affinity with digital products, propositions and concepts.

• Speaks and writes fluent Dutch

What you will do:

• You are the point of contact for clients and their product owners.

• You ensure a tightly organised schedule, clear communication and flawless cooperation between all involved.

• You monitor, administer and report on the project. 

• You facilitate the team so that they can do their best work. 

• With your eye for the dynamics in the team, you act where it is needed.

• You monitor the budget and ensure the quality of the project.

• You communicate with clients, creatives and techies about the project.
