Concept7 recognises that privacy is important. This Privacy Policy applies to all products, services and websites offered by Concept7 to its affiliates. Information provided by you

Cookies
When using Concept7, we send 1 or more "cookies" - files containing a string of characters - to your computer that identify your browser as a unique user. We use cookies to improve the quality of our services. To do so, we store user settings and track developments in user behaviour, e.g. how people search. Log information
When you use Concept7 services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends each time you visit a website. Correspondence
When you send an e-mail or other message to Concept7, we may retain those messages in order to process and respond to your queries and to improve our services.
Affiliated Sites
Some of our services we offer in cooperation with other websites. Examples include links to other service providers (UX Lab and Toolkit), social media and cloud storage sites. Personal information you provide to those sites may be forwarded to Concept7 in order to provide the relevant service. We process such information in accordance with this privacy policy. Links
Concept7 may present hyperlinks in such a way that we can track whether those links have been clicked. We use this information to improve the quality of our search technology, tailor information. Other sites
This privacy policy applies to websites and services owned and operated by Concept7 BV. We do not exercise control over sites that appear as search results or links on our various services. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.
Concept7 processes personal information only for the purposes described in the applicable Privacy Policy and/or the privacy notice relating to specific services. In addition to those already mentioned, these purposes include:

If information included on the website is also provided in writing, the written version will be decisive in case of textual differences. Concept7 does not guarantee that e-mails or other electronic messages sent to it are received and processed in a timely manner and accepts no liability for any consequences of the non-receipt or late receipt or processing thereof.
